Green Machine ARS is a collaborative venture born out of 37+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry, 33 years of friendship and 23+ years of interactive design & technology development. It combines Green Machine’s UI/UX innovation with the industry expertise of Associated Restaurant Services (ARS). This partnership delivers a comprehensive and custom Learning Management System (LMS) crafted with love for the food & beverage retail industry & it’s gen z employee base.

The company was founded by childhood best friends Ryan Nedza & Brian Wcislo who grew up together in suburban NJ playing punch ball kickball & doing odd jobs for Ryan’s family business, ARS. The two young men set out on different paths in early adulthood but separate paths after school (one to Boulder & the other to Miami) but came full circle to creating a fun and exciting workspace for them to co-create.
